The Healthy Road Warrior

The 7 step guide to workplace health

Realistic, Achievable, Effective.

We at R&R Corporate Health understand that the long term success of any business relies on its staff remaining productive, motivated, healthy, and 'at work.'

So here it is, The Healthy Road Warrior, a health and safety program fit for all ages and fitness levels.

The Healthy Road Warrior is the culmination of twelve years working closely with companies whose staff spend long hours at the wheel of a vehicle and/or perform manual handling tasks.  This easy to read book explores the power of nutrition, range of movement exercises and workplace stretching.  We want your staff to be fit, flexible and full of energy.

But The Healthy Road Warrior is much more than just a book.  It is an inclusive health program designed to alter the culture of your organisation.  The program involves each of your staff receiving the book, a specifically tailored lunch cooler bag, and an opportunity to consult with R&R Corporate Health's team of experienced personal trainers and dieticians about adhering to the programs principles.
