Matthew facilitates half or full day sessions designed for teams willing to participate in honest and frank discussion around current organisational culture and individual health at work.

What really lies beneath the surface of your company or team?  More importantly, what are you doing about it?

Topics addressed in his sessions can include;
  • Understanding the impact of organisational and strategic change
  • www.how to change – learn a simple but effective process for creating sustained change
  • Developing communication skills fit for a leader
  • Face to face communication vs. The Computer
  • Team meeting effectiveness
  • Individual management/leadership styles
  • Learning to challenge and conflict
  • Motivating teams and individuals
  • Addressing current individual health – nutrition, exercise and stress management

Turn your team around

Are you getting the best out of your staff?  Are they working well together?  Are people talking to each other, not about each other?  How effective are your meetings?  Are individuals held accountable for negative behaviours?  Do you sufficiently recognize positive results and effort?  Do your staff know you?  Is it time for change and improvement in your team?

Turn your team around is a program designed to inject the truth into your team and provide it with a brighter, more clear future.

Matthew’s philosophy for turning a team around is simple;

listen, understand, commit to change

Phase 1

One on one sessions between Matthew and all team members – sessions of one hour duration

Phase 2

Full day session with manager and direct reports, addressing communication and leadership styles, how each other feel about current operations, exploring results of one on one sessions, and planning phase 3 of the process.

Phase 3

Full day, interactive session with entire team that includes;

  • Findings of one on one sessions broken down and presented by Matthew and leaders
  • Listening to thoughts, ideas, fears and frustrations of the group
  • Exploring individual and team values
  • Forging a way forward – turning the team around together
  • Understanding the greatest challenge – turning knowing into doing

Phase 4

Three months post program, Matthew returns to discuss how effective and committed the team has been in making the necessary changes/following through on what they learned during the program.

This day includes a one hour session with the manager, a two hour session with the manager and their direct reports, and a two hour session with the entire team.
